黑道人物耀武（尹天照 饰）出狱后，到底会有何动作?十年前，耀武因替社团执行任务而被捕，而且更导致左脚不良于行，江湖中人一般也相信他此番出狱，必定重新招兵买马，取回他所失去的东西，其中又以洪乐社新进大佬史力加（梁焯满 饰）最为避忌。不料，耀武出狱后，竟对江湖事再不感兴趣，祗想归于平淡，过正常人生活，可是，这却并非易事。耀武投靠了当年的好友杨威（吴华新 饰），在其大排档工作，却因惹来不少古惑仔而令杨威妻子大为反感，耀武祗有识趣离开。杨威乃是有情有义之人，私下买了一辆三手旅游巴让耀武谋生，从此，旅游巴亦成了耀武的流动旅馆……
